Basic Real Estate Coverage Includes:

Shooting coverage of the exterior and interior of the home for sale.

Travel to and from the home location within 30 miles of Studio

Next day turnaround time on gallery images to get homes listed as quickly as possible.

Digital images available via a downloadable online gallery - set of up to 30 images from the session (may be upgraded to our $200 Plus Package for up to 50 images).

Please use your best judgement when booking your package. If the home has a lot of unique features or is over 2500 sq. ft., we highly recommended choosing the Plus Package.

Air B&B Commercial Images are a flat rate of $250 for up to 50 images 

If the home is over 3,500 sq. ft. an additional fee of $50 per 500 sq. ft will be accessed due to the added processing and on-site time required.
